1. Scope
This policy applies to the QRwaLink website, its WhatsApp link generator, QR customization controls, downloads, guides, and support contact link.
2. Link and QR generation
Phone-number input, optional messages, URL construction, QR rendering, logo placement, and PNG/PDF generation happen in your browser. The standard tool does not submit those values to a QRwaLink database and does not create a saved project.
Generated WhatsApp links contain the phone number and optional message in the URL. Do not place sensitive personal or confidential information in that message.
3. Uploaded logos
Logo files are decoded and composited locally in the browser. They are not uploaded by the current generator. Closing or refreshing the page clears the in-memory selection.
4. Device preferences
QRwaLink uses local storage on your device to remember the selected light or dark theme. Local storage is not a server-side user account and is not used to identify generated QR codes.
5. Hosting logs and security
A hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent, and security events to deliver and protect the website. Retention and access depend on the deployed hosting configuration.
6. Analytics and advertising
This rebuild does not enable advertising, behavioral analytics, or a QR scan-tracking redirect. If analytics or advertising is added later, this policy and the consent controls must be updated before that service is enabled.
7. Contact
Use the verified method shown on the contact page. Do not send generated links, phone numbers, messages, logos, or other personal information unless it is necessary for a support request.
