QRwaLink policy

Terms of Service

These terms set practical boundaries for using QRwaLink's free static link and QR tools.

Last updated:

1. Acceptance

By using QRwaLink, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

QRwaLink creates standard WhatsApp click-to-chat links and static QR codes. It does not provide a messaging account, guarantee that a phone number is active, or control WhatsApp. Generated destinations cannot be edited after download.

3. Lawful and responsible use

You must not use QRwaLink for spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware distribution, unlawful data collection, deceptive destinations, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the phone number, message, URL, logo, artwork, permissions, notices, and consent associated with your use.

4. Testing and printed materials

You are responsible for testing the final link and the exact digital or printed QR artwork before distribution. QRwaLink cannot replace printed materials when a static destination changes.

5. Availability and warranty

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. QRwaLink does not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or suitability for a particular campaign, print process, legal requirement, or business outcome.

6. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QRwaLink is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from an incorrect destination, failed scan, inactive account, changed number, print decision, third-party service, or misuse of a generated code.

7. Trademarks and independence

WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. QRwaLink is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
