Can I change the destination after downloading?
No. QRwaLink creates a static QR code. Generate and publish a new file if the phone number, message, or URL changes.
From conversation to print
Create the WhatsApp destination first, then choose a readable style, preview the result, and download the exact file you will test.
The QR code contains the wa.me destination directly. It does not use a QRwaLink redirect, account, or tracking database.
Choose from six module styles and a dark foreground color. QRwaLink checks color contrast against the white QR background and uses H-level error correction.
A small central logo receives a white pad so it stays separate from the modules. Every customized code still needs final scan testing.
Keep the square proportions and white quiet zone when placing the export in artwork. Increase the physical size for dense patterns, long viewing distances, or less predictable materials.
The code will not expire on its own, but it always contains the same destination. If the WhatsApp number becomes inactive or the message needs to change, replace the published code.
Before you publish
No. QRwaLink creates a static QR code. Generate and publish a new file if the phone number, message, or URL changes.
Use a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image no larger than 2 MB. The logo is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded.
PNG works well in common digital and print layouts. PDF provides an A4 page with a large centered code for proofing and straightforward printing.
